Range Capital is led by its founder and Managing Director, Brad Miller. Our growing team of recognised industry specialists work together to provide tailored and strategic advice to SMEs and large corporations across Australia.
Bradley Miller
Founder & Managing Director
Brad has an extensive career in the real estate industry with over 20 years’ experience in real estate finance, investment and corporate advisory. Born and educated in Australia, Brad then studied law in England. His work in the real estate industry has spanned legal advisory, financier, principal investment and corporate advisory.
Brad has worked on transactions globally, including Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Europe, Japan and the US. In his previous roles he has been responsible for capital and investment strategy, origination of corporate and project funding arrangements, global banking relationships, Board and Investment Committee advisory, capital and transaction execution in both equity and debt, and legal advisory as a qualified solicitor.
Prior to founding Range Capital, Brad was Head of Corporate Finance at RF Capital in Sydney, Head of Capital & Transactions at Grocon in Sydney, Senior Transaction Manager, Global Debt – Real Estate & Infrastructure for ADIA in Abu Dhabi, and a Solicitor at Clifford Chance in London.
Brad is a graduate of The College of Law in the UK and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Durham University in the UK.
Philippe Sung
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Philippe leads Range Capital’s non-bank lending investments, having previously established the private debt divisions of established real estate fund managers. He contributes his unique expertise in structured finance and non-bank lending in stabilised investment loans & development projects.
Philippe has managed & arranged funds on behalf of high net worth and institutional (Australian & offshore) investors, and has previously worked in private equity, principal finance and investment management roles across Australia and the US, with a broad range of experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, transport assets, health and technology.
Prior to joining Range Capital, Philippe was Head of Private Debt at EG, a Founding Partner of Madigan (an RF Capital JV), a consulting director at Wingate Asset Finance and an Associate Director at Allco Finance Group. He has advised or invested in over $20bn of transactions in his career, with over $1bn in real estate backed non-bank transactions.
He holds first class honours in a M.Ec (USYD), a double finance major in a B.Com (USYD) and a political science major in a B.Arts (UMelb).
Tim Spencer
DIRECTOR
Tim has extensive experience in the Australian real estate financial markets. For over 26 years, Tim’s work has encompassed real estate funds management, investor relations and communications, product development, capital raising and AREIT research for large ASX-listed corporations and private companies.
His previous responsibilities included the structuring, day-to-day management and marketing to institutional, wholesale and retail investors of ASX-listed and unlisted real estate funds across both the equity and debt markets.
Prior to joining Range Capital, Tim was Head of Products at RF Capital, Head of Investor Relations at 360 Capital Group and Head of Property Security Funds at Brookfield Multiplex. He has also held roles at ING REIMA, Aegis Equities Research and BBY.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Marketing) from UNSW.

Anthony Poirrier
DIRECTOR
Anthony is a real estate professional with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of disciplines including property development, funds management, investment management, property research and analysis.
Prior to joining Range Capital, Anthony was the Commercial Director at EQ Moore Park where he was primarily responsible for the commercial and feasibility aspects of a proposed precinct redevelopment masterplan.
He has also worked on a range of development and funds management roles at Grocon, as a fund manager at Valad Property Group, an Assistant Fund Manager and Fund Analyst at Colonial First State Property and as a Research Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) from the University of Western Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
